This water watermelon is simple work by me just get inspired from a google picture :)

BACK TO MY BROKEN DREAM WORLD

This tutorial is developed by HARI GOBIND.. This is just a broken dream world of my dream. In this tutorial we are adding color balance , gradient map and some basic stuffs and matching the picture used to manipulate the dream world and you can also try this... :)

STEP - 1

Open the SKY in photoshop and go to layer > new adjustment layer > color balance and use the setting as shown below : 

STEP - 2 

Next go to layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast and use the setting below :

STEP - 3

Next we want to add a curve for that go to layer > new adjustment layer > curves and use the settings below

STEP - 4

Open the image cliff and cut it using pen tool and resize it using ctrl + T. Now right click the mouse button and select flip vertically and adjust it as ur wish

Now we are going to add some adjustments to match both the images for that first go to layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast and make sure that it's clipping masked use the setting as shows  below : 

STEP - 5

Now go to layer > new adjustment layer > color balance make sure that this layer is clipping mask and set the settings as shown below : 

STEP - 6

Now go to layer > new adjustment layer > photo filter and change the blending mode of the layer to overlay and set the opacity to 50% and make sure that the preserve luminosity is ticked and the density is 36% and it's clipping masked

STEP - 7

Now we want to add a gradient map for that go to layer > new adjustment layer > gradient map the colour combination i used are for the 1st one : ffeed4 2nd one : c5b199 3rd one : 35322d.

STEP - 8

Now take the lasso tool make sure that the feather is 10% and select the part as follows :

Now go and get a brightness and contrast from new adjustment layer and set the settings as follows : (clipping mask)

STEP - 10 

Now it's time to reduce the noise of the picture for that go to filter > noise reduce noise and set the setting as shown below :

Now our downward part is all set it's the time to set upward part now go and cut the castle and place it over the cliff..

Now we want to add some adjustments to match this picture to both the other pics so first go to layer > new adjustment layer > color balance and use the settings below : make sure itz clipping masked 

STEP - 12

Now add the same photo filter which we had added before for the picture and set the blending mode to overlay and the opactity to 50% and make it as a clipping mask

STEP - 13

Now we want to add a gradient map for that go to layer > new adjustment layer > gradient map the colour combination i used are for the 1st one : ffeed4 2nd one : c5b199 3rd one : 35322d.(clipping mask)

STEP - 14

Now it's the simple and realistic method we want to make the left side of the world to make it darker and we want to make it brighter by using many methods and we want use minimum 2 ways 

1) take a soft brush of opacity 30% and brush the left side of the part and the place which u want to make it darker

2) select the parts which u want to make darker and go to layer > new adjustment layer > curves and adjust it and like that select the part to get brighter and go to layer > new adjustment layer > curves and bright it more (clipping mask)

STEP - 15

Now it's time for us to create a lava for that we need to create a new layer and we want to double click itt and set the setting as shown below :

STEP - 16 

Now take a brush of size 2 or 3 and make some lava as you wish and you can also make some lava drops by taking the water drop brushes and applying it

STEP - 17

Now it's time to add some rain for that create a new layer and fill it black and go to filter > noise > add noise and set the settings as shown below :

select OK and go to filter > blur > motion blur and set the setting as shown below :

now cheange the blending mode of the layer to screen and resize it by pressing ctrl + T and set it acc. to ur wish and go to layer > new adjustment layer > levels and set the settings as shown below :

this sometime differ acc. to the size of the canvas so change the levels by increasing and decreasing it now we can change the colour of the water drop so go to layer > new adjustment layer > Hue Saturation and set the settings as follows : 

STEP - 18

Now let's add man with parachute coming to our broken dream world for that open the image of the parachute man and cut the man and parachute from the sky and use the setting hue saturation to match the color of the  picture to the others since we are resizeing it into smaller we just need one adjustment to match the picture with others

STEP - 19 

Now we are going to create a lens flare and changing it'z color to Red for that first we want to create a new layer and fill with full black and and go to filter > render > lens flare and  use the settings below :

Now go to hue saturation and change the colour to red by the method which we have adoped before for changing the rain and change the blending mode of the layer to screen so that the black color of the lens flare will be erased and re-positon it

MAKE SURE THAT THIS LAYER IS SET IN TOP OF ALL LAYER AND YOU WILL GET A RESULT LIKE THIS :
